HERCULES – AN EXTRAORDINARY PROJECT

Each wine in this series bears the same name, yet everything else changes – grape variety, vinification, bottle, and label. What remains is the spirit of experimentation and the connection to the twelve labors of Hercules.

Strictly limited & truly unique

Each of these wines is a one-of-a-kind creation – a maximum of 600 bottles are released for sale. Once an edition is sold out, it will never be produced again.

The first wine in the series, "Nemean Lion,"was a Sauvignon Blanc – spontaneously fermented in amphora, with 6 months of skin contact.

The second, "Hydra," is a unique Schiava (Vernatsch), as the vines were uprooted after the harvest.
